Items with Defects

Requirements for Return
Within 14 days after the date of purchase, you must request a return and mail it to us postmarked.
The item(s) you are returning must be in brand-new condition (tags still on, no odor, pet hair, or other signs of user abuse).
Only store credit is accepted as payment for returns.
Accessories, other non-clothing goods, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items are examples of items that are final sale and cannot be returned.
Original and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
